Perry Ecom Growth ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Nick Perry, based in Denver, Colorado. This Privacy Policy applies to this website, the forms and booking tools on it, and related email we send you. By using the site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to send us, which may include:

  • Name, email address and phone number
  • Business or store URL, and an approximate revenue range if you share one
  • The contents of messages, audit requests, booking notes and newsletter signups
  • Any files or extra context you attach when you contact us

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and (if you consent) analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, and general location derived from IP. This is standard log and analytics data used to operate and improve the site.

Cookies and similar technologies

We store a small value in your browser to remember your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, the analytics provider may set its own cookies. Third-party embeds (for example the Cal.com booking calendar) may set cookies governed by their own policies when they load. You can refuse non-essential cookies via the banner, and you can clear this site's data in your browser at any time.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries, booking requests and free store audit submissions
  • Prepare for calls and deliver the services you ask for
  • Send the newsletter or other email you subscribed to, until you unsubscribe
  • Operate, secure and improve the website

We do not sell your personal information, rent it to advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask to join.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, including:

  • Hosting. This site is hosted by Hostinger. Their processing is covered by Hostinger's privacy policy.
  • Scheduling. Call booking is handled by Cal.com. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Email and newsletter. Form submissions and newsletter signups are delivered through our email and, when configured, Hostinger Reach. Those providers process the data only to send or store the message.
  • Analytics. Only if you accept the cookie banner.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Perry Ecom Growth or others, or in connection with a merger, sale or similar transaction, in which case we will take reasonable steps to keep the information protected.

6. How long we keep it

Messages, booking notes and audit requests are kept for as long as we are in contact or working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return or a dispute arises. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for a short operational period. Analytics data, if collected, is kept in aggregate according to the provider's settings. We delete or anonymise information when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server and sent through authenticated services. No payment card data is collected on this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we take reasonable technical and organisational measures and you use the site at your own risk.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States and may pass through our providers in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses or equivalent.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

To make a request, email hi@perryecomgrowth.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message, and you can change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser so the banner appears again.

10. Children

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Links and third-party sites

The site may link to third-party websites, scheduling tools and social profiles. Their privacy practices are their own. This policy does not cover those sites.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for responding to it. We honour the cookie banner on this site: if you decline, analytics scripts do not load.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
